BY BUYING ANY KIND OF ARTWORK FROM ME YOU AGREE TO THE RULES BELOW!

Payment is via Paypal Invoices only! - Full payment upfront.
Commissioner is expected to provide a clear visual reference of the character, not description.
Commissioner understands that every piece will be streamed online on Twitch or Picarto.
Private commissions will not be accepted.
Commissions with short notice deadline will cost extra.
Any fixes to the finished piece will cost extra. In case of my mistake or oversight fixes are free.
I reserve the right to reject any Commission inquiry for any reason.
Work in progress screenshots will be provided ONLY when Commissioner requests it.
During the stream I am happy to work with my clients and apply any changes during the process free of charge.
My TOS is subject to changes and updates.

USAGE

I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in a profit and non-profit way.
Commissioner may use the artwork as their wallpaper/avatar/header etc.
Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!
Commissioner musn't sell the work further.
Commissioner is expected to give a proper credit in case of reposting it on social media.
Commissioner is expected to put * after their username in commission form as a proof of reading the TOS
